Wild Rice Stuffing

 1 cup wild rice
 3 cups chicken broth
 1 cup diced celery
 1 medium onion, chopped
 ½ cup butter or margarine
 ½ lb fresh sliced mushrooms
  tsp salt
 ¼ tsp pepper
 ¼ tsp sage
 ¼ tsp thyme
 Bread crumbs to taste

Prepare rice with broth adding more if necessary. Saute celery, onion & mushrooms in butter 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Combine with rice, seasonings and bread cubes. Makes a great side dish or will stuff a 10 lb. turkey.
