Ga’ivsa with Ramona’s Green Chili Relish

Ingredients:
 2 Medium yellow onions, sliced into rings.
 2 Fresh or roasted green chilies, sliced into rings.
 10 Cherry tomatoes, halved.
Directions:

Caramelize the onions in an iron skillet with 3 tbsp. olive oil.

Add sliced green chilies, stirring frequently.

Once the peppers become tender add the tomatoes.

Sauté until done.

Spoon prepared GA’IVSA onto plate and top with Ramona’s Green Chili Relish.
