Dirty Tepary Beans and Wild Rice

 2 cups Cooked wild rice
 1 tbsp Seka Hills Olive Oil
 1 Shallot, diced
 4 tbsp Chopped onion
 1 tsp Yellow curry powder
 2 tbsp Hot sauce of your choice
 6 oz Hot sausage
 4 tbsp Flour
 ½ cup Milk
 1 cup Broth (chicken, beef or vegetable)
 1 cup Cooked Ramona Farms Tepary beans (brown or black)

1. Heat oil in a saucepan
2. Add shallot, onion, curry powder, hot sauce and sausage
3. Cook on medium heat until soft or sausage is cooked through.
4. Reduce heat to simmer.
5. Add 4 tbsp flour and stir into mixture until smooth
6. Add 1 cup broth
7. Add ½ cup milk. Simmer, stirring occasionally 5-10 minutes until thick
8. Mix in 1 cup Tepary beans

Serve mixture over the wild rice
